We find the caregivers. You stay in charge of hiring.

Homekeep Hiring does the work between a job ad and a first shift. We answer every applicant within hours, screen honestly, book interviews onto your calendar, and follow up until your new hire shows up. You interview, decide, and employ.

How pricing works

Pricing has three parts:

  • A monthly retainer for the ongoing work: ads, screening, scheduling, follow-up and reporting.
  • A bonus for each hire, paid only when that caregiver reaches 90 days.
  • Job ad spend, passed through at cost with no markup.

We quote after a 20-minute call, once we know your roles, locations and how many hires you need.

Why the bonus waits 90 days: you don't need more hires, you need hires who stay. Tying our bonus to day 90 means we only earn it when you keep the caregiver.

The 90-day replacement guarantee

If a caregiver we placed leaves within 90 days, we recruit a replacement at no extra placement fee.

The guarantee doesn't apply if:

  • the pay or schedule changed from what was agreed when the caregiver was hired, or
  • the client case the caregiver was hired for ended.

Questions agencies ask

Do you employ the caregivers?

No, you do. Caregivers we recruit are your employees from day one. You run the background check, onboard them, pay them and manage them.

How is this different from a staffing agency?

A staffing agency employs the worker and bills you a markup on every hour they work. We recruit people you hire directly, so there's no hourly markup and the caregiver is yours.

How fast can you start?

As soon as we've had the intake call and you've approved your job ads. From then on, we contact applicants within hours of applying.

Which roles do you recruit for?

Caregivers and direct support professionals (DSPs), including CNAs, HHAs and PCAs working in those roles. Nurse recruiting (LPNs and RNs) is coming later.

Do you work with franchise owners?

Yes. We work with franchise owners of national home care brands the same way we work with independent agencies, inside your brand's hiring standards.

What areas do you serve?

Agencies anywhere in the US. All of our recruiting is done remotely, so where you're located doesn't limit us.

What do you need from us?

Your pay rates and hiring criteria, open interview slots on your calendar, and quick decisions after interviews. Fast decisions are what keep good applicants from taking another job.
